Only the administrative and maintenance activities of the swimming pools of Beliatta Technical College are carried out by this Authority
Swimming trainings are given to elders and school children of the surrounding areas.
Further, these swimming pools have been underutilized for a long time , and as a step towards increasing the usage, a Three Day Swimming Training Programme for school children of the surrounding areas was conducted free of charge and there appears a certain increase in memberships.
